Welcome to Skiatook First United Methodist Church!
Here you will find information concerning our church and its ministries. Our church is a warm and loving church, and we want you to feel comfortable and at liberty to call on us for anything you need.
When you visit our church, you will find:
A caring congregation that will gladly welcome you, no matter who you are or where you've been
Preaching/teaching that is centered on the Word of God
A church family that has a love for serving the world through the love of Jesus Christ through missions of all kinds
A casual, relaxed "come as you are" atmosphere
Groups, activities, and ministries for all ages
a congregation who understands that none of us are perfect, but that anything is possible with God!
If you are looking for a place of worship, we would love to have you be our guest.

Join us September 14 for a unified worship at 10:30am, then an afternoon of food, fellowship, and fun. We will serve lunch, have inflatables and other kid friendly activites, as well as fun for the entire family! FREE and open to the public, ALL our neighbors are invited – especially those who do not currently have a church home. Please join us!
We offer several different levels of yoga at different times each week. Debbie Seals is our yoga teacher, and she would love to have you join us! Level 1 yoga is offered at noon on Mondays and Wednesdays. Level 2 (just a bit harder, but not much) is offered at 6 pm on Thursdays. Chair yoga (back, neck, arms, and torso strengthening) is offered at 4:30 on Thursdays. Classes are $5.00 each. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. First time attenders can register when you arrive. Classes are held in the large classroom in the main building of FUMC Skiatook.
The Thursday Night Adult Bible Study is beginning a new study. Please join teacher Dick Allen and other adults as they read and study through the Book of Acts. Class begins at 7 p.m., and meets in the Seeker's classroom just through the glass doors on the east side of the building.
